ze 2012 conference, coming up next week, will be a gas! The two-day agenda is packed with technology titans including Dennis Crowley, founder of Foursquare, Vlad Sejnoha, CTO of Nuance and Michelle Munson, President, co-founder and CEO of Aspera.
I’ll take the stage twice during the conference. On Thursday, September 20, I’ll talk with Adam Medros, VP Global Product for TripAdvisor, about how to take advantage of mobile’s unique qualities in a 20-minute “fireside” chat titled “Let Mobile be Mobile.” The second day, I’ll join fellow GigaOm Pro Analyst Phil Hendrix and GigaOm’s VP of Research, David Card, in a roundtable for GigaOm Pro subscribers about what’s up with indoor mapping and mobile shopping. We’ll cover what mobile shopping apps do well, where they’re lacking, and what’s needed to accelerate adoption and reach the sky-high growth forecasts for this segment.
Mobilize is held at the University of California, San Francisco’s Mission Bay Conference Center, on the south Embarcadero.
